Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, retention, and development programs
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and efficiency
- Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization
- Partner with department heads to address talent needs and succession planning
- Implement HR analytics to measure workforce metrics and inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday or SAP experience highly valued)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data for decision-making
- Knowledge of California employment laws and regulations
