Responsibilities
- Lead strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit structures aligned with market trends
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including EEO, FMLA, and OSHA
- Manage HRIS systems and leverage data analytics to drive workforce decisions
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs
- Lead HR team through coaching, mentorship, and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR strategies
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience developing and executing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies
