Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical and non-technical professionals
- Lead organizational design initiatives including succession planning and competency modeling
- Drive employee engagement through performance management systems and recognition programs
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Implement DEI initiatives aligned with SF Bay Area industry standards
- Manage HR compliance across California state regulations and federal mandates
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformation
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for 500+ employee organizations
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and EEO regulations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
- Experience in tech or fintech industry highly preferred
