Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition campaigns across technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all departments
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, NYS labor regulations)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
