Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation structures
- Oversee HR compliance, policy development, and risk mitigation
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development initiatives
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Manage HRIS systems and reporting infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
- PHR/SPHR certification required
