Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and recognition programs
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Manage HRIS systems and data analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee compensation/benefit programs and conduct market analysis
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
