Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment pipeline management
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage HR operations including benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Strong background in developing DE&I programs and initiatives
