Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting 500+ employees across 3 states
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Manage HR compliance with federal/state regulations and ensure audit readiness
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Lead organizational development projects including change management and training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and data analytics (Workday/SAP experience a plus)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations
- Deep knowledge of Illinois labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience managing remote/hybrid workforce policies and technologies
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
