Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical and non-technical professionals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through performance management systems, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Oversee HR compliance with federal and state regulations including EEO, FMLA, and OSHA requirements
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits packages aligned with industry benchmarks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage HRIS systems and data analytics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies for technology companies
- Advanced knowledge of HR compliance regulations and labor law
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PHR certification or advanced degree preferred
