Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations
- Drive DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development decisions
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and organizational design
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in tech industry HR practices
- Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with analytical capabilities
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
