- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEOC, FMLA)
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Manage cross-functional HR projects including organizational development initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar) and HR analytics
- Proven success in scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with international HR compliance and global mobility programs
- Strong understanding of talent development frameworks and coaching methodologies
