Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives across technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance programs
- Drive DEI initiatives and leadership development programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in California labor laws and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven experience scaling HR functions for high-growth tech companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and change management abilities
