Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations and company policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and HRIS implementation
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
