Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday/SAP)
- Experience in high-growth tech or financial services
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations
