Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier professionals

- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Manage HRIS systems and analytics to inform data-driven decision making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR compliance frameworks
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
