Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across all departments
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including performance management systems and recognition programs
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations, ensuring adherence to EEOC guidelines
- Design and implement professional development programs to support career growth
- Manage HRIS systems and analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global teams
- Lead organizational change management initiatives during business transformations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience implementing HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
