Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting company growth and employee retention
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment funnel optimization, and candidate experience enhancement
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Drive DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and data-driven analytics
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Manage HR technology stack implementation and optimization (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management and leadership coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies for tech/consulting industries
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and federal compliance (FLSA, EEOC)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and workforce planning
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
