Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic talent acquisition programs for specialized technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives with measurable impact on retention rates
- Develop performance management frameworks aligned with company growth objectives
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage HR compliance for California labor regulations and federal requirements
- Lead organizational development programs for leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven success scaling HR programs in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in compensation strategy and total rewards design
- Advanced knowledge of California employment law and compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
