Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
- Drive performance management programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP/SPR or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
