Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting company objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Administer benefits administration and compensation structures
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed corporate environments
