Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals globally
- Develop and lead employee engagement programs that boost retention by 25%+
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management systems
- Implement HR technology solutions including ATS, LMS, and HRIS platforms
- Drive DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and analytics
- Lead organizational development initiatives including succession planning and leadership coaching
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce productivity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations for 500+ employee organizations
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR analytics
- Deep knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones
