Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across all departments
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and engagement metrics to maintain 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, EEOC, ACA) and develop robust risk mitigation protocols
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs through data-driven initiatives and cultural transformation
- Manage HRIS implementation and optimization for seamless data analytics and reporting
- Partner with C-suite on strategic workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and organizational restructuring
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in tech or professional services
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in scaling HR operations for 200+ employee organizations
- Proven success designing DEI programs with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and federal compliance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- MBA or Master's in HR/Human Resources Management preferred
