Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and process improvements
- Manage employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives
- Partner with department heads on organizational development and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and diversity programs
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and federal compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record in developing HR analytics and reporting frameworks
