Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems with measurable KPIs
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global offices
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven workforce planning
- Partner with department heads on organizational development needs
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for 200+ employees
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with HR data visualization experience
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
