Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead employee engagement programs including recognition systems and wellness initiatives
- Manage compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, OSHA)
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning frameworks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Administer competitive benefits packages and compensation structures
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling HR operations for high-growth environments
