Responsibilities

- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage HR operations including benefits administration, payroll, and policy development
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations for high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
