Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation analysis, and succession planning initiatives
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and employee development programs
- Champion DEI initiatives through data-driven analytics and policy development
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change initiatives
- Partner with Finance to manage HR budget and analyze workforce metrics
- Oversee HRIS system optimization and data integrity for strategic reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and employee relations
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven experience implementing DEI initiatives and change management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated HR program delivery
