Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation planning, and performance management systems
- Champion DEI initiatives through data-driven programs and policy development
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on employee relations and organizational development
- Drive continuous improvement in HR analytics and reporting capabilities
- Manage complex employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in tech or high-growth environment
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and compensation structures
- Advanced analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Experience implementing DEI programs with measurable impact
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
