Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits program optimization
- Partner with leadership on organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in tech industry talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Proven track record in implementing DEI programs
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with HR dashboard experience
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
