Qualifications

- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in business partnering
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven experience in tech or manufacturing industries
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
