Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives for 200+ employees
- Lead talent acquisition strategies including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and interview processes
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Advise leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and change management
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits optimization, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Champion DEI programs through training, policy development, and culture assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation strategy
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR) and HR analytics tools
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable HR solutions
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
