Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational growth and performance.
  • Talent Management: Lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition support, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Culture & Engagement: Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion across the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2-3 years in a strategic HRBP or management role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and HR analytics tools.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of California labor laws and employment regulations.
