Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business growth and cultural transformation
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for critical roles, ensuring diversity and inclusion benchmarks
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions about workforce planning
- Oversee compensation reviews and benefits optimization to maintain competitive positioning
- Drive change management initiatives during organizational restructuring
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic business partnership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP)
- Demonstrated success implementing HR technology transformations
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
