We're seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to drive our people strategy across engineering and product teams. This pivotal role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on employee development to scale our rapidly growing Austin headquarters.
In this high-impact position, you'll partner with C-suite executives to design talent acquisition frameworks, implement DEIB initiatives, and optimize performance management systems. You'll shape our culture through leadership coaching, compensation strategy, and change management initiatives as we expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical roles with 30+ hires annually
- Lead DEIB programs including bias mitigation training and mentorship initiatives
- Design performance management frameworks aligned with OKR methodology
- Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and equity planning
- Implement change management for organizational restructuring initiatives
- Oversee employee engagement surveys with 95%+ participation targets
- Manage HRIS optimization and data analytics for talent insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in tech/startup environments
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in scaling talent acquisition for engineering teams
- Proven success implementing DEIB frameworks
- Advanced Excel/HRIS analytics capabilities (Workday preferred)
- Change management certification (Prosci or similar)
- Experience with international HR compliance (US/EU)
- MBA or Master's in HR preferred
