Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in business partnership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth organizations
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration abilities
