Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across multiple business units
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee engagement and retention
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Advise department heads on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend data-driven HR solutions aligned with business goals
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record designing and implementing talent management systems in mid-to-large organizations
- Expert knowledge of employment law (FLSA, ADA, EEOC) and HR compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication abilities with executive presence and cross-functional influence
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
