Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth and employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for critical technical and leadership roles
- Drive performance management programs and organizational development initiatives
- Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives across all departments
- Advise leadership on HR compliance, labor relations, and risk mitigation
- Design and implement compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven expertise in tech industry talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced knowledge of California employment laws and compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
