Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives across 3+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and diversity hiring
- Design and implement performance management systems and leadership development programs
- Drive organizational change management initiatives during scaling phases
- Lead compensation benchmarking and total rewards optimization projects
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to leadership teams
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development and culture-building programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth tech companies
- Advanced expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience ideal)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence capabilities
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI best practices and employee advocacy
