Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building programs and feedback mechanisms
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Oversee L&D programs to enhance leadership and technical capabilities
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy
- Strong business acumen and executive communication abilities
