Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation planning, and succession management programs
- Facilitate organizational design initiatives and change management processes
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building programs and feedback mechanisms
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and report to leadership
- Oversee performance management systems and learning & development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in tech industry talent management and scaling organizations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Experience with DEI program implementation and metrics tracking
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
