Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs
- Drive DEI initiatives and employee engagement campaigns
- Manage HR compliance and policy development
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform organizational decisions

Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in California labor law and federal compliance
- Proven track record in scaling HR programs for tech companies
- Advanced data literacy with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
