Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Drive performance management systems, compensation reviews, and succession planning
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all organizational levels
- Implement employee engagement surveys and design data-driven retention strategies
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
- Manage HRIS implementation and analytics for workforce insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in tech sector HR practices and scaling organizations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
- Proven track record in designing leadership development programs
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into HR strategies
