Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive the performance management process, ensuring clarity, consistency, and growth opportunities for all employees.
- Lead the talent acquisition function, collaborating with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic partnership and talent management.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD Level 5 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
