Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across 5+ departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and succession plans
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and data-driven analytics
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
- Oversee HR compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in tech or professional services environment preferred
