Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across EMEA region
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 200+ employees
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Design and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with UK/EU employment laws
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create development plans
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent HR certification required
- Proven expertise in UK/EU employment legislation and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Experience in tech/consulting industry highly desirable
- Change management expertise in transformational environments
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
