Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in competitive markets
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize team structures and reporting relationships
- Implement performance management frameworks that drive employee development and retention
- Design and deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market trends
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all business units
- Provide strategic HR guidance to executive leadership on workforce planning and culture development
- Oversee employee relations matters with a focus on proactive conflict resolution and mediation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic business partnership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development within tech/SAAS industries
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
