Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through pulse surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and performance improvement strategies
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and compliance expertise
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent management, performance systems, and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Exceptional consulting and influencing skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
