Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across multiple departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee development
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent management systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Proven experience implementing DEI initiatives in corporate environments
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and trends
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations matters
