Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR programs for high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and DEI initiatives
- Advanced data analytics experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR impact to financial outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
