Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits optimization, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in driving DEI initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
